This is a San Diego Comic-Con 2004 exclusive boxed set of Evil Ryu and Psycho Bison by SOTA Toys. The package includes a purple flame base that suspends M. Bison in the air. A VERY RARE set!
Condition: This item is factory sealed and the box is in "near mint" condition! The plastic on the box has a slight yellow tint near the top. See photos for box condition.
